I went on two of these trips both to Derbyshire. We stayed in Castleton YHA and Ilam Hall. The beautiful scenery and hiking in the rugged hills made an impression on me. It was something I would not have experienced otherwise as my parents were not the type to go on long walks! Could probably date our trip from listening to the top 40 countdown on our return minibus trip: Ring my bell and Sunday Girl by Blondie makes it 1979. I have some colour photos somewhere. Eddie was a fabulous teacher we were lucky to have had him at The Gilberd Catherine (Cathy) Dwyer 77-84
