I'm extremely grateful to Antonia Bunnin for sending in a lovely selection of photos she took on a school holiday to Italy in 1983. The holiday was organised by Valerie Brown (who was a Latin teacher at the school) and she was assisted by Val Page and Eddie Ross.

Antonia, Lis McLean and Katy Oxton have all provided me with some wonderful Gilberd memorabilia over the last few months. Over the Christmas period I'll be sharing issue one of 'Start', a school magazine, which was originally published in February 1982. With profiles of Mr Statham and Mr Richards, the results of a school survey on sex and marriage and a rundown of the Gilberd School Top 20 you won't want to miss it!

Photo 10 has Liz Holt (now McBride) sitting next to Antonia Bunnin, and it is indeed me (Rob(in) Hart) in the red jumper in the photo above. How times have changed, and what was with my hair??!! Anyone who remembers me, I am on FB: look for Rob Hart and the green skull. I'd love to hear where everyone ended up. Thanks so much for the memories Antonia!
